If this will be your first time in therapy, it's normal to feel nervous or overwhelmed. My job is to create a safe, supportive space so that you can show up exactly as you are to freely explore your thoughts and feelings.

I'm a therapist practicing state wide in California (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco) working with high-achieving women to overcome anxiety, self esteem issues, career decisions, and relationship challenges.

If you’re here there’s a good chance you have been struggling to fully show up in life for some time. You may be feeling a deeper sense of misalignment within yourself and daily life. Perhaps this experience has increased feelings of confusion or feeling lost as to what needs to change in order to live a more meaningful and authentic life. First, I want to convey to you that I honor the courage it takes to ask for support in seeking therapy, as you found your way here. As someone who’s sat on both sides of the couch, I know how transformative therapy can be. I'm a therapist who practices what I preach (even though therapy will never be preachy) and living a healthy, mindful life has truly become a passion of mine. When I'm not in session I'm probably taking a Pilates or hot yoga class or making nutritious meals.

As a therapist, my goal and passion is to help guide you in reconnecting to your inner strengths and resources and empower you to build a balanced life that is sustainable long-term.

Prior to completing my Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I attended the University of California, Irvine and received a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Social Behavior and Political Science. I have extensive training and clinical experience in various residential and intensive outpatient facilities working with those struggling with substance use and a wide array of mental health issues.

Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.

Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.

Developing a genuine, trusting relationship with my clients is crucial in the effectiveness of therapy. I believe in the true healing power of relationships, so it is most important that you feel safe, heard, and truly seen.

I practice from an approach that is compassionate, down to earth and non-judgmental. When we meet for therapy sessions, we will explore the issues that seem to resurface over and over and areas in which you feel stuck.

Through a holistic-integrative approach, we will take into consideration the balance of all aspects of your life in order to discover the underlying root causes. Combined with research-proven techniques, we’ll look at the mind, body, spirit connection. The goal of therapy is to incorporate your whole self.

I am a therapist who does talk in session and is collaborative in nature, meaning I provide my feedback and insights when appropriate. You are the expert in your life, while I serve as a guide in helping you reconnect to yourself and develop a new relationship to your emotional experience. I often see emotions as messengers that hold incredible information on what’s needed and often are your unique pathway towards healing. Together, we will find the unique approach to therapy that will align with you. For example, if you’re a person who thrives in more structure and desire ‘homework’ outside of sessions, I’m happy to incorporate that into your goals for therapy.
