Sessions are held virtually in California. You may find it is hard to ask for help or that your problems aren't "big" enough. It’s true therapy is an investment of both your time and money and you may believe committing to therapy feels like just one more thing on your to-do list, but the benefits will extend far beyond the immediate moment.
